Tours start and end at Laborie's Community Information Centre, where you'll find one of Saint Lucia's only museums. It features Amerindian artifacts, exhibits on 18th & 19th century home construction techniques and the astonishingly detailed wooden fretwork (or gingerbread) which still graces some of the homes with their French architecture, vintage hand tools, household items & more.
